Layer 3 · after the data

Knowing what each lead is worth is pointless if you still tune ROAS by hand

The first two layers clean the traffic and tell Google what each contact is really worth. The third one is what uses that data: it moves each campaign's target ROAS and budget every night, within the limits you set, going after profit, not volume. In an account with dozens of campaigns that cannot be done by hand. Here it happens on its own.

The gap it closes

The value reaches Google… and the account keeps bidding like yesterday

This is the end of the chain and where almost everyone drops the ball: the rating sends conversions with their real amount, and the target ROAS has been the same number for six months because nobody has time to review it campaign by campaign.

Without the third layer

Google already knows one lead was worth €8,000 and another nothing. But the bar it bids with and the money each campaign has are still the ones you set — and you adjust them whenever you remember.

With the third layer

Every night each campaign's real return is compared with the one you set, and the target ROAS and the budget move in short steps. Every day, in every campaign, without anyone logging into the account.

Why it is the third

Automating bids on dirty data is accelerating in the wrong direction: if fraud is still inside and every form is worth the same, what gets automated is the mistake. Clean first, valued second, automatic then.

The hard part of a big account

What nobody manages to keep up by hand, every single night

It isn't «raising and lowering bids». It's keeping four things current at once across dozens of campaigns — and that is exactly where the margin leaks in accounts that already turn over money.

📈

Target ROAS, reviewed every day

You declare the return you want — for the account or campaign by campaign — and every night it is compared with the one you are actually getting. If there's margin to spare, it pushes; if there isn't, it eases off. The goal is profit, not the number of conversions.

💶

Budget per campaign, with its limits

Each campaign can raise or lower its own budget, within the limit you set, in short steps and never all at once. And if a campaign isn't spending what it already has, it gets no more: more budget wouldn't fix anything.

🗓️

And the MONTH's budget, account-wide

The control almost nobody has: the whole month's spend pace is watched and, if you are ahead of where you should be by now, increases are blocked. You reach month end without the invoice surprise.

🐾

Many small steps, never a sharp turn

Moves are short percentages repeated every night, not one big change. That's the difference between walking alongside Google's algorithm and resetting its learning every week.

Safety net

Automatic doesn't mean blind

What's scary about automating bids in an account that pays the bills is losing control. These are the three things that prevent it.

🛟 It undoes what makes things worse

If someone changes a budget by hand, it is watched over the following days: if the data gets worse, it reverts on its own. On statistical grounds, not by eye.

🧪 You can watch before applying

There is a mode that works out every decision of the night and touches nothing: useful to see what it would do for a few days before letting it act.

📝 Every decision with its reason

What changed and why is written down — «the deviation was under 1 %», «this campaign isn't spending what it has», «the month is running ahead» — with its history. It can be audited; nothing has to be taken on trust.

Honesty

How far it goes, and where it stops

✅

Where it works in full

Search and Performance Max: it moves the return target and the budget. In Demand Gen, with a ROAS or a cost goal. Which is exactly where the leads the other two layers measure come from — and that is what this exists for: accounts that capture contacts.

⚠️

Where it falls short, and we say so

A campaign without enough conversions can't be judged: with four leads a month there is nothing to decide on, and forcing it would mean moving bids on noise. There you need volume first and automation after — and we'll tell you before installing anything, not once it's in place.

This layer is a script that runs INSIDE your Google Ads account, unlike the other two, which run on our server. That has its upside: you paste it once, it works in there and it needs no permission from you to change anything in your account. Where each piece runs →

Optional, for real

And if I'd rather keep running bids myself?

Then it doesn't get installed and nothing happens. It's the only one of the three layers you can leave out — and it's worth knowing exactly what changes and what doesn't.

✅

What keeps working just the same

Everything else: fraud is blocked, every lead gets its score and the value reaches Google Ads exactly the same. Your account gets the data, and you use it the way you already do.

🤔

What you miss out on

That data turning into bids every night and across every campaign. If your team already reviews target ROAS campaign by campaign at that pace, you don't need it. If it reviews it when it can — which is what normally happens — that's the difference.

And it isn't a decision for ever: you can start without it, watch the data for a few weeks and turn it on later — or the other way round, try it in watch-only mode and drop it if you're not convinced. It's a script: it gets pasted and unpasted.

Already out there

Not a promise: a tool with years in real accounts

This layer is the Smart Bidding Ninja Script, one of the tools in the Ninja Scripts Suite, running long before Ninja Leads existed. There it is sold separately; here it comes included in the plan at no extra cost, because it is what puts the other two layers' work to use. Whether you use it or not is up to you.

Next step

You decide whether we run this layer

Fraud and lead quality don't come apart, but bidding does: if your team already runs it and it works, it stays as it is and everything else works just the same. Tell us how your account looks and we'll tell you which part you're missing.
